Every single cup of our coffee is drip-brewed through Vietnamese Phin Filters. This is the most traditional and popular way and produces the world's most extraordinarily rich and delicious coffee flavor.
We use extra-large Phin filters, which can brew about 3 quarts of coffee and are twenty times the size of traditional phins. The process takes 4 hours but it is worth the wait because it makes the most delicious Iced Coffee in the world.
